Eight different media options can be placed in an all-polypropylene construction for excellent chemical compatibility with 10 different fittings. The small compact design of the filter capsule also reduces hold-up volume and exposure to hazardous chemicals. No adhesives, binders, or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. The unit is thermally-sealed to ensure integrity.

D50C Gas Filter Caps
G50C Disc Capsules (50mm diameter) have been specially designed for simple, quick, and efficient filtration of gases. Eight different media options can be placed in an all-polypropylene or polyethylene shell con- struction for excellent chemical, gas compatibility. The small, compact design of the filter capsule allows for su- perior air flow rate and low backpressure. Ideal for vac- uum pump protection from contamination. A hydropho- bic 1um or smaller micron size should be used for the application. It can be used as a hydrophobic barrier to protect from viral and bacterial contamination. PTFE 0.2um and PE 0.2um rated filters can be used in sterile vent applications with extremely low resistance. Gamma sterilization resistant options are available.
D65R Filter Caps
D65R Filter Capsules (65mm diameter) have been designed for simple, quick, and effi- cient filtration of fluids and gases used in labora- tory, pilot, and small-scale applications. The fam- ily of products is particularly suitable for scale up testing. Ten different media options can be placed in an all-polypropylene construction for excellent chemical compatibility. There are 18 different fit- ting options that can be mixed and matched for the inlet and outlet fittings.
