Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank

IFP provides jacketed stainless steel tanks! We serve the electronic processing, pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, food, and beverage markets.

The high-quality SS jacketed tank is economically priced and designed to maintain the fluid in the inter-tank at a constant temperature. These jacketed stainless steel tanks are commonly used in the Biological, Pharmaceutical, Food, and Beverage industries. The jacketed tank material is 304 or 316L stainless steel per ASME BPE standards. The SS tanks have a double wall construction for the coolant jacket and baffles for constant circulation of the Heating or Cooling fluid. The jacketed tank can be used to either cool or heat the storage fluid. The highly corrosive-resistant material is ideal due to its superior strength and chemical compatibility. For the extremely corrosive process fluids, tanks with a Teflon or Fluorocarbon coating are available. The stainless jacketed tanks come with a certificate of Conformity and hydro-test report.
The Jacketed Tanks are available in multiple sizes ranging from 5 L up to 50,000 Liters.
