We have been specializing in custom filtration for over a decade and offer unique industry-specific solutions. We offer the finest and most competitively priced PES capsule filters. Initially, the capsules were designed and developed by ex-Millipore scientists and engineers, who provided extensive knowledge regarding market requirements and product specifications. We have cataloged capsule filters in different sizes ranging in area from 200 cm2 (0.2 ft2) to 19.5 ft2 with various media and fitting connections. Our broad collection of capsules enables us to find the optimal size filter and fitting connections for your application. The wide variety of materials available allows us to offer an inexpensive capsule for most applications. We also have the unique capability to place pre-filters above the final filter to increase the volume of fluid filtered before the filter becomes plugged.
All our offered capsule filters are manufactured from materials that conform to the requirements of 21CFR Part 117 of the US Code of Federal Regulations and USP Class VI Biological test for plastics. ZenPure filters offer three pharmaceutical-grade membranes: PES, PP, and PTFE, which have all been independently tested for bacteria retention > 107 using Brevundimonas diminuta per HIMA challenge and have successfully qualified. All validation documentation is available upon request. The offered capsule filters are flushed with pure nonpyrogenic water and are available in a sterilized condition. The SKL Series PureFlo® “H” and “S” size filter capsules, with all-polypropylene construction, provide excellent chemical compatibility and superior flow per unit area as compared to other membrane capsules. PureFlo® SKL Series Filter Capsules have been economically priced and specially designed for sterilizing in compounding pharmacy applications for commonly used solvents, bases (aqueous & oils) and mediations.
ZenCap® capsule filter assemblies are ready-to-use, full size filters that offer high flows, increased throughputs, high strength, all with the convenience and cleanliness of a disposable and easy-to-install filter assembly. Designed for pre-filtration, clarification, and final filtration of medium to large scale batches (100L to 5000L), in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, medi- cal, chemical, and DI water.
The Fluorocap filter capsule is a standard product for aggressive wet etch and clean applications. It provides good flow rates and on-stream life at an economical price. The all-fluoropolymer (Teflon) construction provides excellent chemical resistance for the most aggressive applications up to 180°C. Its integral filter design maximizes up-time with safe and simple change-outs. Ultraclean wet-packed which offers the lowest metals extractables in the industry.
