This series has been developed to produce sheet material for the Pharmaceutical Industry. We carry small discs, capsules, sheets, and Lenticular modules of all sizes to match the flow rate for multiple applications, including a small-scale testing, pilot plant, and full production operation. All cellulose sheets and products have been tested in a specific facility, verifying that the filter media meets all quality requirements and regulations.
International Filter Products offers a wide range of lenticular stack options and have almost all forms of dyes to cut sheets for filter presses. Our lenticular stacks are manufactured with the most upgraded technology, allowing higher thru puts and making it more efficient. The lenticular filters are constructed using a specially formulated filter media comprised of cellulose, inorganic filter aids, and processed in a manner to impart a 150% increase in the strength of the media. We carry lenticular stacks with an optimized design, including O-ring integration and support brackets, allowing higher pressure and flow rates than ever before. The filter medium utilizes mechanical and electrokinetic adsorptive capture mechanisms to remove particles, microorganisms, colloids, and other contaminants from process streams. The lenticular format allows the filtration process to occur within a totally enclosed environment to eliminate the potential for atmospheric contamination and product loss through leakage.
International Filter Products also offers activated carbon lenticular filters used for decolorization, dichlorination, particle removal, fine chemical, and food grade filtration. The proprietary formulation results in depth media with exceptionally high void volume for efficient decolorization and purification of process fluids.
