International Filter Products offers filter housings constructed of the following materials: 316L filter housings with ASME BPE material, PVDF, CPVC, Polypropylene, and HDPE for several industries.
In most of our stainless steel filter cartridges and plastic filter housings, we use a flow distribution model to ensure uniform flow along the filter cartridges' length, resulting in a 30 percent increase in a filter lifetime and lower clean pressure drop. Guaranteed electro-polish quality and material conformity are also offered with our stainless steel housings. Our stainless steel housings maintain 16 RMS internal finish, which affirms an excellent finish beyond our clients’ expectations. International Filter Products also carries accessories and seal kits to support our housings line.
Engineers at International Filter Products set standards with ASME calculation and use AutoCAD Inventor for all the offered designs. We can provide our customers with 3D-models so that our design can be dropped right in their plant design to ensure that our equipment will be seamless. International Filter Products offers PHV series single element filter housings manufactured from pure virgin polypropylene, which has broad chemical compatibility to meet your various application requirements. IFP's virgin polypropylene housings are uniquely designed for critical applications that require a high degree of cleanliness. No metal components are used to fabricate the housing, eliminating the potential for ionic or metallic contamination.
PHV Series virgin polypropylene housings are offered in 10" and 20" lengths that will accept filter cartridges with a single open end, 222 O-rings, flat closed-end configurations. The compact design of the housings requires minimal installation space while reducing hold-up volume. IFP's virgin polypropylene housings can withstand high operating pressures and are an economical alternative to metal housings.
Single Element Plastic Filter Housings can also be constructed in other sustainable materials (CPVC, HDPE, and PDVF) upon the customer's request.
International Filter Products offers both Electronic Grade and Industrial Grade Multi-Round Plastic Filter Housings for flow rates up to 145 GPM while handling the most stringent chemical and microelectronic industry applications. All facets of this product's design and manufacturing process have been focused on achieving low extractables while filtering down up to 0.02 microns absolute. The filter housings are available in CPVC, PP, HDPE, and PVDF.
Stainless steel disc holders are designed for membrane disc filtration. The disc holders are commonly used in the Chemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries. The material is 316L stainless steel as per ASME BPE standards. The disc holders are portable and easy to assemble. The unique design ensures excellent performance under pressure up to 75 psi [5.2 Bar]. The disc holders are available in different sizes (47mm, 90mm, 142mm and 293mm).
Standard Series filter bag/strainer vessels are designed with a recessed basket and new horizontal pivoting cover. The new design achieves an advanced bag-to-vessel seal.
